Our promise
Each AiGlasses product is a personal electronic device, so we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been dispatched. What we do promise is that you will receive a product that works as it should. If anything is not right, we will exchange it. Please see Shipping and Exchange.
Cancelling before dispatch
You are welcome to cancel an order on aiglasses.ae any time before it is dispatched. Use the request form or message us with your order number. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
When we refund
We will also refund in full if we are unable to fulfil your order, if an order is affected by a pricing or stock error, or if you were charged twice for the same order.
Cash on delivery
If a cash on delivery order is cancelled before dispatch, no payment is due. For part-payment orders cancelled before dispatch, the advance is refunded as described above.
